Your Arrival
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 5 pm – 7 pm
Check-out until 11 am (or 1 pm for late check-out option)
We welcome you on the evening of your arrival between 5 pm and 7 pm (please call or email us if you plan to arrive later so we can ensure we’re present).
Early arrivals are not possible, even for pool access (access to your room’s shower and toilet is necessary for pool use).
If we are able to finish preparing your room and spa before the scheduled time, we will send you a message to let you know and allow you to come earlier.
Welcome
We take a few minutes of your time upon your arrival to quickly explain the house’s operations, your spa, and go over the services you had planned during your reservation.
If by any chance you want us to skip over certain details (to preserve an element of surprise for your partner, for example), please let us know in advance.
House Rules
Pets
For the comfort of your room neighbors, wild animals that roam around (you may observe deer, squirrels, and ducks, among others), and because our cat isn’t too fond of other four-legged companions, we do not allow pets.
Non-Smoking Areas
Please refrain from smoking inside the rooms and indoor spaces. An ashtray is available on the outdoor table of your room. Ideally, close the window to prevent smoke from entering. We have a fire alarm, and the smoke detectors are sensitive.
No Parties
We are in the midst of nature, the perfect place to enjoy tranquility and listen to the birds’ songs. Please ensure that your neighbors can also enjoy their relaxation time.
Relaxing On-Site
Your Spa
Your spa is emptied, disinfected, and filled with “fresh” water before your arrival, ensuring perfect hygiene.
We use active oxygen treatment for your spa 99% of the time: a natural and ecological treatment that leaves no residue on the skin and is not irritating.
Before any bathing, a shower is necessary to remove makeup, lotion, soap, etc., from your skin and maintain clean water. At 36-38°C, even with effective filtration, the spa could become a breeding ground for bacteria.
Especially let us know if you notice your spa becoming cloudy.
Your spa has a small control panel with four buttons for adjusting:
- The temperature (up and down arrows): your spa constantly displays the actual water temperature. When you press either arrow, the desired temperature blinks briefly.
- The light
- The jet intensity: by pressing this button multiple times, the spa will switch between low speed / high speed / off
Your spa might also “refuse” to start or stop by itself: this is perfectly normal, as it needs to filter, disinfect, and maintain heat. It will stop automatically once its cycle is complete.
An isothermal cover is available for you to use as soon as you finish bathing. This will keep the water clean, free of leaves and drowned insects. It will also help reduce heating, which is good for the environment!
The Pool
The pool is open from early June to late September
Towels are available in the living room for the sun loungers.
Access to the pool is through the car turnaround area, where you’ll find a grassy path leading directly to the pool.
To prevent it from getting too dirty or cooling down, you might find it covered. If that’s the case, don’t hesitate to ask us to uncover it; there are no set hours for access, and we’d be happy to open it for you.
Towels are available in the living room for the sun loungers.
Solo or Couples Massages
We can offer you massage services, either alone or as a couple.
Contact us if you would like us to arrange a session for you.
Getting Around
Parking
Parking is available for your vehicle inside the property.
Simply ring the intercom at the gate upon your arrival, and we will open it for you. We will then provide you with a remote control for easy entry and exit.
Access Code
Upon your arrival, we will provide you with an access code to open the door at the end of the corridor during the night and in case we are not available during the day.
Parking in the City
Parking in the city center can be a bit challenging, especially on weekends and during the summer. We recommend parking at Place du Foirail du Castelviel; we are located a 3-minute drive from this parking area, which puts you at the doorstep of the historic center.
You can also reach the city on foot from our location in about twenty minutes.
Bike Rentals
We have a partnership with L’Occ Bike, which allows you to have bikes conveniently available on-site without having to pick them up in the city center.
Feel free to contact them on our behalf: https://locc-bike.com
Dining On-Site

Your dinner (if requested) is served in your room, similar to breakfast. We usually serve it from 7:30, after the arrivals have been completed.
